"I have had insurance with Glenn Horton's office for years and always had excellent service but they just went way beyond! We purchased a new car and were given a quote for coverage. A couple of days later Glenn's office was informed their quote was incorrect and the coverage would be $200+ more. Instead of accepting this, Debbie contacted the corporate office and started asking questions. Long story short, it was discovered there had been a glitch somewhere and the coverage cost was corrected to a little under the original quote. This was not a simple process for Debbie. It took a lot of time and effort on her part to get this fixed. I called to thank them for this effort and Glenn said that is what our job is. What a wonderful attitude. It's why I've stayed with them so long!"

"ZERO stars. Poor and unprofessional service by Mary Felming, Office Manager. I'm not one to complain, but I am shocked by her lack of sincerity. I would advise all against this office."
